my cousin, soft spoken observant Jew served in the US ARMY flew recon over vietnam. He didnt want to talk about it and for a long time told me he wasnt permitted to talk about it. Recently he opened up a little because he said so much that shouldnt have been said in the press was…as soon as the mourning period is over, his son now a rabbi will send me some of his war time pictures to post here.

Grave diggerUSMC, also is sending some pictures to post.

GD bless our military who now volunteers to protect us under this awful politically correct world.

For those of you too young to remember Hanoi Jane is a bad person and did some terrible things during the Vietnam war.  Things that can not be forgiven!!!!
 . .

and now OBAMA wants to honor her……!!!!

In Memory of LT. C.Thomsen Wieland  who spent 100 days at the Hanoi Hilton

She really is a traitor.

This is for all the kids born in the 70′s and after who do not remember, and didn’t have to bear the burden that our fathers, mothers and older brothers and sisters had to bear..

Jane Fonda is being honored as one of the ’100 Women of the Century.’

Unfortunately, many have forgotten and still countless others have never known how Ms. Fonda betrayed not only the idea of our country, but specific men who served and sacrificed during Vietnam

The first part of this is from an F-4E pilot. The pilot’s name is Jerry Driscoll, a River Rat.

In 1968, the former Commandant of the USAF Survival School was a POW in Ho Lo Prison the ‘ Hanoi Hilton.’

Dragged from a stinking cesspit of a cell, cleaned, fed, and dressed in clean PJ’s, he was ordered to describe for a visiting American ‘Peace Activist’ the ‘lenient and humane treatment’ he’d received.
He spat at Ms. Fonda, was clubbed, and was dragged away.  During the subsequent beating, he fell forward
on to the camp Commandant ‘s feet, which sent that officer berserk.

In 1978, the Air Force Colonel still suffered from double vision (which permanently ended his flying career) from the Commandant’s frenzied application of a wooden baton.

From 1963-65, Col. Larry Carrigan was in the 47FW/DO (F-4E’s). He spent 6 years in the ‘Hanoi Hilton’,,, the first three of which his family only knew he was ‘missing in action’. His wife lived on faith that he was still alive.  His group, too, got the cleaned-up, fed and clothed routine in preparation for a ‘peace delegation’ visit.

They, however, had time and devised a plan to get word to the world that they were alive and still survived. Each man secreted a tiny piece of paper, with his Social Security Number on it , in the palm of his hand.

When paraded before Ms. Fonda and a cameraman, she walked the line, shaking each man’s hand and asking little encouraging snippets like: ‘Aren’t you sorry you bombed babies?’ and ‘Are you grateful for the humane treatment from your benevolent captors?’ Believing this HAD to be an act, they each palmed her their sliver of paper.

She took them all without missing a beat.. At the end of the line and once the camera stopped rolling, to the shocked disbelief of the POWs, she turned to the officer in charge and handed him all the little pieces of paper..

Three men died from the subsequent beatings. Colonel Carrigan was almost number four but he survived, which is the only reason we know of her actions that day.

I was a civilian economic development advisor in Vietnam , and was captured by the North Vietnamese communists in South Vietnam in 1968, and held prisoner for over 5 years.

I spent 27 months in solitary confinement; one year in a cage in Cambodia ; and one year in a ‘black box’ in Hanoi My North Vietnamese captors deliberately poisoned and murdered a female missionary, a nurse in a leprosarium in Ban me Thuot , South Vietnam , whom I buried in the jungle near the Cambodian border. At one time, I weighed only about 90 lbs. (My normal weight is 170 lbs)

We were Jane Fonda’s ‘war criminals….’

When Jane Fonda was in Hanoi , I was asked by the camp communist political officer if I would be willing to meet with her..

I said yes, for I wanted to tell her about the real treatment we POWs received… and how different it was from the treatment purported by the North Vietnamese, and parroted by her as ‘humane and lenient.’

Because of this, I spent three days on a rocky floor on my knees, with my arms outstretched with a large steel weights placed on my hands, and beaten with a bamboo cane.

I had the opportunity to meet with Jane Fonda soon after I was released. I asked her if she would be willing to debate me on TV. She never did answer me.

These first-hand experiences do not exemplify someone who should be honored as part of ’100 Years of Great Women.’ Lest we forget….’ 100 Years of Great Women’ should never include a traitor whose hands are covered with the blood of so many patriots.

There are few things I have strong visceral reactions to, but Hanoi Jane’s participation in blatant treason, is one of them. Please take the time to forward to as many people as you possibly can.. It will eventually end up on her computer and
she needs to know that we will never forget. RONALD D. SAMPSON, CMSgt, USAF 716 Maintenance Squadron, Chief of Maintenance DSN: 875-6431 COMM: 883-6343

Can you leave a message to all the Military brothers and sisters who have sacrificed themselves for our freedoms in  America and ones serving abroad in Eretz Israel!
Thank every one of you.

I put my carry-on in the luggage compartment and sat down in my assigned
seat.  It was going to be a long flight.  “I’m glad I have a good book to
read. Perhaps I will get a short nap,” I thought.
Just before take-off, a line of Soldiers came down the aisle and filled all
the vacant seats, totally surrounding me.  I decided to start a
“Where are you headed?” I asked the Soldier seated nearest to me.
“Petawawa.  We’ll be there for two weeks for special training, and then
we’re being deployed to Afghanistan .”
After flying for about an hour, an announcement was made that sack lunches
were available for five dollars.  It would be several hours before we
reached the east, and I quickly decided a lunch would help pass the time…

As I reached for my wallet, I overheard a Soldier ask his buddy if he
planned to buy lunch.  “No, that seems like a lot of money for just a sack
lunch.  Probably wouldn’t be worth
Five bucks.. I’ll wait till we get to base.” His friend agreed.

I looked around at the other Soldiers.  None were buying lunch so I walked
to the back of the plane and handed the flight attendant a fifty dollar
bill.  “Take a lunch to all those Soldiers.”  She grabbed my arms and
squeezed tightly.  Her eyes wet with tears; she thanked me.

“My son was a Soldier in Iraq; it’s almost like you are doing it for him…”

Picking up ten sacks, she headed up the aisle to where the Soldiers were
seated.  She stopped at my seat and asked, “Which do you like best – beef or

“Chicken,” I replied, wondering why she asked.  She turned and went to the
front of plane, returning a minute later with a dinner plate from first

“This is yours, thanks.”

After we finished eating, I went again to the back of the plane, heading for
the rest room.  A man stopped me.  “I saw what you did…I want to be part
of it. Here, take this.”  He handed me twenty-five dollars.

Soon after I returned to my seat, I saw the Flight Captain coming down the
aisle, looking at the aisle numbers as he walked.  I hoped he wasn’t looking
for me, but noticed he was looking at the numbers only on my side of the
plane.  When he got to my row he stopped, smiled, held out his hand and
said, “I want to shake your hand.”

Quickly unfastening my seatbelt, I stood and took the Captain’s hand…with
a booming voice he said, “I was a  Soldier and I was a military pilot.
Once, someone bought me a lunch. It was an act of kindness I never forgot.”
I was embarrassed when applause was heard from all of the passengers.

Later I walked to the front of the plane so I could stretch my legs.  A man
who was seated about six rows in front of me reached out his hand, wanting
to shake mine.  He left another twenty-five dollars in my palm.

When we landed I gathered my belongings and started to deplane.  Waiting
just inside the airplane door was a man who stopped me, put something in my
shirt pocket, turned, and walked away without saying a word.  Another
twenty-five dollars!

Upon entering the terminal, I saw the Soldiers gathering for their trip to
the base. I walked over to them and handed them seventy-five dollars.  “It
will take you some time to reach the base.  It will be about time for a
sandwich. God Bless You.”

Ten young men left that flight feeling the love and respect of their fellow

As I walked briskly to my car, I whispered a prayer for their safe return.
These Soldiers were giving their all for our country.  I could only give
them a couple of meals.  It seemed so little.

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made
payable to “The United States of America, for an amount of up to and
including my life.”

That is Honor, and there are ‘way too many people in this country who no
longer understand it.

May God give you the strength and courage to pass this along to everyone on
your email buddy list.

Prayer chain for our Military.  Please don’t break it!

Please send this on after a short prayer, a Prayer for our Military.  Don’t
break it!

Prayer:  “Lord, hold our troops in Your loving hands. Protect them as they
protect us.  Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they
perform for us in our time of need.  Amen.”

Prayer Request:  When you receive this, please stop for a moment and say a
prayer for our troops around the world.

There is nothing attached. Just send this to people in your address book.
Do not let it stop with you. Of all the gifts you could give a Soldier,
Sailor, Airman, Marine & others deployed in harm’s way, Prayer is the very
best one.

On Subject of Minorities

We need to show more sympathy for these people.
 * They travel miles in the heat.
 * They risk their lives crossing a border.
 * They don’t get paid enough wages.
 * They do jobs that others won’t do or are afraid to do.
 * They live in crowded conditions among a people who speak a different language.
 * They rarely see their families, and they face adversity all day ~ every day..

I’m not talking about illegal Mexicans ~ I’m talking about our troops!  Doesn’t it seem strange that many Democrats and Republicans are willing to lavish all kinds of social benefits on illegals, but don’t support our troops the way they should, and are even threatening to defund them?

Please pass this on if you feel led; this is worth the short time it takes to read it.

May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields and,
Until we meet again,
May G-d hold you in the palm of His hand.

Bruttah David Dacon.
Yea it isn’t shocking is it? Hes ( OBAMA) not an American. nor does he support America, why do press conferences w flags present, he doesnt wear a lapel pin either.
I’m still tryin to figure out how he was elected.
What did you think of Obama and McChrystal?

McChrystal is a special ops guy and special ops guys are wired differently and never do something without thinking it out before hand. I’m close to many special ops guys, and there is no way that McChrystal didn’t think this through before he said a thing…he would never admit if publicly but he knew exactly what he was saying and what the results would be
Nobody gets near a 4 star general on duty unless he is ordering it.
I have two or three guys who want to bigmouth on your blog and rant off, I will make sure they send you what ever it is.
When they send it too you, don’t use their real names or ranks, now that we we see obama gets girley sensative.lmao

For defending the honor of Israel and Israel’s Soldiers.
My brother( his name was; TUVIA ESSES) was a very proud IDF soldier
who died at the hands of cowardly muslims. and would have done
anything to protect Eretz Israel. There were two soldiers who died
that day actually, the other IDF soldiers name was:David Mendelsohn.
The muslims who perpertrated this didnt even have the courage to
fight face to face, man to man , but, ratherly from a roadside bomb
they detonated from afar
i want you to print this e-mail in your blog today so any muslim

The Terrorist Nation aka; The muslims are a disease unleashed like
a plague upon the rest of the good citizens of the world, and thats
what i want these decent people you speak to in this political room
to know.
I am more than sure it’s something they are fully aware of.I am
sure many of them also have stories of personal experience or gross
thought that is the residual effects of living among the filthiest
peoples we know as,”THE MUSLIM’.the muslim with no conscience who
murder their own babies and rape their own women in order to feed
their allah’s blood lust.they are a cruel people .
They enter our countries in pursuit of things missing and non-
existant in their own countries, things like, democracy, many types
of freedoms, education,economic soundship,compassion,and basic
human rights we as Americans and Israelis we bestow upon our
citizens .All the while muslims enter our countries looking to take
advantage of these things i just listed , with the underlying
mentality of hatred and calculation and minipulation. How dare
They plot to kill us while enoying all of these things which are
erased in their sick society.

Observations on Soldier Life

THE LIFE OF AN ISRAELI SOLDIER IS…seem to be resolved , and looks very nice.
I haven’t so far recieved any of my send-offs back to me and this is a great sign, B’H we can post things now.
In the next Two weeks Capt.Simon Himself will take control back of what is being sent off to your blog.

Discovering that hobos are smart, in that cardboard really feels like a mattress when trying to sleep on a concrete slab;

A 101.2 temperature is no reason you can’t pull guard duty

Discovering a new use for mil-spec night vision goggles:

Realizing that no matter how much you dream for weeks while on base

about the simple pleasures of civilian life, like dipping cookies
in milk, or drinking a beer with lime, your imagination will always

be infinitely more potent than reality;

Scanning the newspapers for your exploits, only to find
misinformation and truncation;

Finding that scientific rules do not pertain to the army, like the
pack-a-day smoker who is the best runner in the platoon;

Waking up exhausted in the middle of the night to falling Kassam
rockets but not giving a damn, and certainly not enough to run to a

Watching red tracers light up the night unfazed

Experiencing unrivaled joy when having to eat kosher Spam plain but

miraculously finding ketchup;

Being called a ‘hero’ by a stranger on the street when all you
really did that week was work in the kitchen;

Finding that you hate your enemy most not when they attack, but
rather when they take away from valuable sleeping time;

Ignoring all the cool weapons and tanks and APC’s you dreamed about

seeing before the army because all you really want to do is be at

Wondering what real girls look like, since the ones that work
around infantry bases resemble armored Humvees more than anything

Dacon I am Capt.Simon Katz Sister, my name is Rachel Mehani.
I had pulled and sorted some articles of interest from Capt.Simon Katz, mail selections from his E-mails,
which he had chosen for the Memorial Day occasion.
There are many things of interest Simon would like to post, he told me to make sure I sent off these Memorials;
and, themes oriented to the mental and spiratual well being of our Jewish service men and women servicing
their countries, appropriate for this Memorial day Holiday/ 2010.
I am only very sorry that I coul not get them to you sooner. I have opened your blog and see that your problems
FROM: Prisoner of Long Island

Pieceful is more like it. What is peaceful about Hamas? What is peaceful about Um Nidal, let’s look:

This ‘mother’ sent her sons to become human detonation devices in order to commit homicide on innocent people. Then, she was rewarded with a seat in the Hamas Cabinet. This is the type of ‘minister’ Israel has to deal with from the ‘Palestinian’ side of things. The peace flotilla is the new blue plate special. When will the West learn? When will the proverbial wool hat be removed from their eyes? When Israel handed Gaza over to the P.A. it took less than 90 days for Gaza to turn into the slum it is today. It took less than 90 days for the P.A. to DEMAND hand outs with its usual rhetoric, “But, we are poor, poor people who have no means of support….” WHAT! [You] have received billions in funds from unrwa and from private ‘benevolent’ organizations. Yet, the P.A. has not produced one school, one hospital, one piece of currency, one operating utility plant, or one farm. What is wrong with this picture?
How will a ‘two state solution’ work if these ‘Palestinians’ cannot cut the umbilical cord from the Israeli welfare system.
Let’s talk about the ‘2 state solution.’ If this ‘2 state solution’ were to occur in the near future, this satire would play out: First, there would be dancing in the new state of Palestine’s streets for their freedom from the ‘evil Zionists.’ After seven days, the people would realize that without food, medical care, schools, running water, electricity, sewers, or any postal service that they are doomed to a life like that of the seventh century. Most will go to their local P.A. office and complain. Now, what can the P.A. minister say, “…it is because of the occu…” oh, but wait! He cannot blame ‘the occupation’ anymore! “…the evil Zionists ensl…” oh, but wait! He cannot blame ‘enslavement’ anymore! “…it is because of…of…of…” The P.A. minister is summarily bludgeoned by the people of his district. This continues until the remaining ministers devise a plan. They decide to launch rockets into Israel to bully Israel into giving them back their lost services. The first rocket lands in Sderot at 12:01. Israeli ministers meet to discuss the ‘act of war’ and decide to retaliate immediately. They retaliate and what once was the new state of Palestine is no longer viable. This time, there is no outcry from the U.N., no outcry from the E.U., no outcry from anyone… “…they brought this on themselves…”

This is only a satire, but it could very well occur. Think about it the next time you have a debate about the ‘two state solution.’

Trust in Hashem – the Basis of ConfidenceThe degree of hope and confidence possessed

by a Jew depends upon the strength of his Trust in Hashem.

The very faithful Jew is always full of hope, and consequently he is calm and courageous

 under the most trying circumstances.

Faith is innately implanted in every Jew’s heart.  Even the Jew who has strayed from

the Jewish path by reason of a faulty Jewish education and upbringing, even he retains

a spark of faith deep in his heart.  This spark of faith may lie dormant for a long time

until the occasion arises when it is suddenly kindled, and then it might well turn into

a blazing flame of passionate Jewish faith.  The occasion might be the revelation of some

sacred truth of the Torah hitherto unknown to him, or finding himself in surroundings

conducive to a mood of heartfelt prayer, or the performance of some mitzvah (precept),

or any other occasion causing him to reflect upon his spiritual standard, and touching off

that latent spark of faith in his heart.  On such occasion he suddenly finds his intellect

very clear and his heart overflowing with warmth, seeking expression in sincere prayer,

earnest study of the Torah, careful observance of the Shabbos, selflessness and humility.

These in turn strengthen his faith in G-d and in the Torah, and this faith breeds courage and confidence.

Jewish Soldiers!  Give your faith a chance to grow within you – and you will gain courage and happiness!
